It will also be lots of fun booing the nasty ugly sisters and the evil Baroness.\n\nWe missed panto so much last year and we can’t wait to bring this fabulous\, fun filled\, family pantomime to the Civic Hall.\n\nThere will be all the usual audience participation and it will be the perfect way to start Christmas. Don’t forget we have extra matinee performances on 23rd December and Christmas eve – This one is selling VERY fast. Hope to see you there.\n\nTickets on sale now\, in person from Barkers of Cottingham.

SUMMARY:Hull Savoyards presents ‘A Musical Christmas Carol’ - Humbug!’
DESCRIPTION:Hull Savoyards and the Kingston Brass Quintet are to present *‘A Musical Christmas Carol’ – Humbug!’* written by Fraser Charlton (well known in Newcastle for his short shows written for the University and Gosforth Musical Society). ‘Humbug!’ is an adaption of Charles Dickens’ public readings of ‘*A Christmas Carol’* with the addition of various Gilbert & Sullivan songs and traditional Christmas Carols. The show includes a mixture of costumed and staged scenes with a concert style Victorian carol singers chorus. \nThe show contains minimal libretto guided along by a Narrator (Charles Dickins) reading sections of Dickins’ text used in his celebrated public readings. \nTickets are £10.00 and £5.00 for under 16s and students. They are available from Barkers on Hallgate or online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/HullSavoyards and on the door (subject to availability).
